Im not sure whats wrong.

So I've been working on my model for a while, and eventually I Got it to stop giving me warning signs about the model in MUDBOX, but then all of the sudden I couldn't paint anything properly... wonderful? 



SHES CUTE, but theres a bigger problem in there I cannot solve... 
Answers on how to fix this? - to be continued.
